How We Refresh a Guest Bath in Two Weeks

Not every bathroom needs to be ripped to the studs. Many homes just need a targeted refresh that makes the space feel current and functional again.

Typical scope for a 10-14 day refresh

1. Demo existing vanity, toilet, and fixtures
2. New tile surround or tub/shower update (often over existing tile with proper prep)
3. New vanity + quartz or solid surface top
4. Updated faucet, shower trim, towel bars, and lighting
5. Fresh paint, new mirror, and minor drywall repair

What we don't touch unless asked

• Moving plumbing rough-ins
• Changing the footprint
• Full waterproofing membrane replacement (unless there's damage)

This approach keeps the project fast, predictable, and much less disruptive. Most clients are back to normal use within two weeks, often sooner.
